A Quality Health Check

This will be a 2 hour review of the quality team

• Review of HACCP

  • CCP's

  • Document verification for HACCP

  • Process flow of facility

  • Supporting documents

• Micro testing and any other testing

• Verification / Validation of the HACCP program

• A desktop audit or in person depending where you are located

• Cleaning

• Allergen Management

• Label Review

• Pest Control

• Maintenance

• NCR's

• Customer Complaints

• Sensory Program

• Hygiene Monitoring

• GMP risks

• Foreign Matter risks

• Review of suppliers

• Any risks to the business concern by the owners

• it will review the previous 6- 12 months worth of data

• label review compliance for all SKU's

A score will be given and items raised as issues to look for and action before the audit and to ensure it is followed up with the quality team or by myself prior to the quality

This QA health check/review will be based on the package to give an estimated timeframe typically will be quoted.

if a follow up is requested/suggested

• Mini/simple basic review ($350-500)

• Semi Detailed ($500-700), you can choose what you want me to focus on

• Fully Detailed ($1000)
